At usaroid.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver authentic, lab-tested products in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our items, certain return and refund restrictions apply to ensure product safety and compliance.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.
- Discounted or clearance items (final sale).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of approval or rejection
- Process approved refunds within 5–10 business days
- Issue refunds to your original payment method
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
5. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Contact us so we can investigate with the courier
- If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund in line with our delivery guarantee
